Shipping, delivery and pick up
We are committed to offering reliable shipping rates for your stone orders, with our skilled drivers delivering to Washington, Oregon, and Idaho based on weight. For deliveries outside these states, we will broker your order to achieve the most favorable rate and delivery timeline. Please note we do not offload or place stones; however, you may choose to pick up your order or send your own driver to our quarry. When arranging for pickup, kindly ensure your driver brings dunnage, as a $20 fee per piece will be applied if they are unable to provide it. Additionally, we offer palatalization of your order for an extra fee. contact us for a shipping quote or to your pickup.
Return Policy
All material must be returned with in 60 days of purchase with original receipt. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
Minimum of 10% restocking charge on all materials.
Minimum of 50% restocking fee on all opened pallets.
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns, including Dish Rock, Gravel products, Custom fabrications, Thin Stone items, and special orders.
Billing and Invoicing
We utilize a QuickBooks invoice system to send your bills directly to your email. Please be aware that your payment terms may be net 15 or net 30 days. Kindly note that any overdue invoices will incur a late fee of 1.5%.
